I think this is a case of integer overflow. I've seen this happen in other games with modded files. Heck, I've even done this by accident in the Mass Effect Legendary series on PC. Looks like Icarus flew too close to the sun.

My only guess as to what would happen had his HP not been 0 because of overflow is that any attack he performed would one shot you. However since he basically loses as soon as the match starts it is not possible to even shoot a ki blast before he is defeated. Lol
should have used hurcule or yamcha as one of the final fights, a real slap to the face there
What even is this guy's moveset? If his modded level is anything to go by, then I imagine he plans to just sit there and mock people when they get frustrated over his impossible level. Its one thing to make yourself so ridiculously overpowered, its another to make a username that taunts anyone that ultimately cant do anything about you, but to then design your character around that concept is just a new level of petty.
