Contra: Operation Galuga is a thorough reimagining of the classic run-'n'-gun action game from the '80s, featuring modern graphics and sound, new stages, new enemies and bosses, new play mechanics, an updated weapons system, and explosive co-op combat for up to two players in Story Mode or four players in Arcade Mode!
When the Red Falcon terrorist group takes over the Galuga Islands off the coast of New Zealand, elite Contra commandos Bill Rizer and Lance Bean springs into action, initiating an all-out war in which the fate of mankind hangs in the balance!
Run, jump, and shoot your way through eight levels using a devastating arsenal - including the spread shot, laser, and homing missiles - now with stackable upgrades and awesome Overload abilities! The intense action is customizable with three difficulty settings plus a variety of additional challenge options. The true Contra legacy begins now!

Its so nice to see a contra game thats true to what makes the games great
Looks pretty sweet! I like the reworked music and the classic NES death sound.
It was honestly pretty fun! The boss fights were awesome and challenging as well. Looks promising👍🎮
Hectic but fun looking a nice sci fi side scrolling platformer shooter
This game looks awesome. I was a boy when the original contra came out with the original Konami code. I’m hoping it still works in this but this is going to be a must why for all you kids born after the year or 2000 you probably have no clue what the original contra is unless you had like a cool Uncle, but this game is a blast I guarantee it.
It’s pretty awesome, I had fun in the demo. I first played contra as a kid at a friends house way back in the day. Wish I had it myself because I would have played the hell out of it. This one looks promising though and the boss fights were pretty cool too!
Now if only someone could merge this games weapon style and weapons gameplay with a beautiful true 3D style open world first person shooter and have a sweet evil Aliens fighting humans in a massive space war... I'd buy it in a heart beat
