I thought that, the price includes delivery and parcel charges, but charging separately for delivery and packaging is too much which i feel. Since , food is not in average price, they are priced high similar to big restaurants, too expensive overall, not a good feel

First of all congratulation for the younger generation for getting into the business....People from food industry should think about the pandemic. Hotels cost and caterers cost cannot be the same. The dining cost to pay rent will be included in food in the hotels whereas the caterers save money on dining so they should revise the cost with a decent price list where lower middle class can also afford

The key to any successful business is giving the quality at a cost a middle class person can afford . Then there more orders and the business will be continuous. Anyways the taste seems good pricing might not be an issue but delivery charges can be reduced . Good that you highlighted valid points in the video . I love Coimbatore city .

Packing and delivery charges make it more expensive. Don't think it's right to pass on the packing charges onto the customers for cloud kitchen
Prices are high for home food. You don't have shop rent , maintenance and advance expenses
@@luckyhappy7144 people will pay this price if you serve this food in AC restaurant. For take away / home delivery it's too much cost. You have to think about current pandemic situation when you fix food price. You can cater more volume if you reduce price which will benefit many.
Also people like me will think on spending too much for food from non branded shop

Thara chicken 170rs each piece 10rs. if we put also extra balance money stays. For this rate i will buy 3/4 kg chicken and make 65 and 4 people can be served. I thought only marketing people think like this now a days engineering persons also thinking like this. I will say rate is now little high, but its so high. Parcel charge 15-20 its ok, delivery charges they should mention for one kilometre this rate.
