showBT has been sold by the old owner, then after that speculations say that these are when they have tough times which led them to depart and make their own company (1Z entertainment). the legality that they faced after this is they cannot use the name SB19 after departure from showBT which leads to talks and finally agreeing to give a cut to their previous company for using the SB19 name.
