- Are you a fan this exotic food but just couldn’t stand its smell sometimes? Today, we will learn how you can enjoy your favorite Ginataang Kuhol without the unwanted smell. Try it na, Ka-simpol! 🐌 😋
Ingredients:
SET A
1 1/2 kilo snail (kuhol)
1 tablespoon rock salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Water, as needed
SET B
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 small red onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 inch ginger, julienned
2 bundle water spinach (kangkong) stalks
Salt, to taste
1 ½ cup coconut milk
4 pieces green chilies, sliced diagonally
2 bundles water spinach (kangkong) leaves
2 pieces red chilies, chopped
1 cup coconut cream
Fish sauce, to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar

cheif my husband favorate nya ang kuhol...but if i cooked kuhol i remove the shells tapos un black inside then i soak to a flour and vinegar para ma tnggal ang ma dulas na parang laway nya tapos ang lansa...but we have diff.way of cooking its my own version but i like the kuhol you cook chief

Hi po chef, ask ko lang how long niluluto ung kuhol let say after mailagay mga ilang minuto po sya pakuluan? Baka kasi sumakit tyan ng kakain pag diko maluto ng maayos..hehe..matagal na po kasi request sakin iluto yan since matagal na wala na yung lola ko..

Ooooh baby, I have an aquarium full of these bad boys, growing as we speak. Watching their habits, no wonder you want to rinse many times. They are little piggies on the bottom, and will eat any dead thing they come across. But they do grow meaty fast!
