i like that he speaks fast. i have a short attention span and him keeping the speed up and having great timing really forces me to pay attention. if a concept gets a little trickier, i replay it or/and i slow the speed down. his fast speed as a default is pretty great cause once i watch the entire video with his lightning fast speech and am able to keep up, i feel safe knowing i've gotten the concepts in the video.

Dude, this is the best economics channel ever. Tired of searching every question on the internet and get junk information. The speed he talks make the video so knowledge dense and efficient to digest.

Haven't been watching these videos even though my Econ teacher recommended them; now I'm watching them the night before a giant test on all market structures. I didn't really understand these concepts when they were taught in class, but these videos have truly granted me enlightenment: I actually understand this stuff! It's an exhilarating feeling. I like that you talk quickly. It gives a lot of information in a small amount of time. Your videos are very concise and information packed, which I like.
Here are some tips for people who are struggling with the fast talking: watch the video more than once, take notes, pause and replay parts of the video when needed.
I think one problem people are having is that they expect to be able to watch the video and just know the information. That won't happen most of the time. Focus and try to really understand what is being said. Think critically. Do not just passively watch the video. If you just passively watch the video, you will not absorb as much information. Focus and learn just like when you study any other type of material.
Wow! Mr. Clifford's style of teaching is very concise, methodical, and well paced. His rate of speech is rather quick, which seems quite beneficial for learning in video format. I definitely paused the video a few times, in order to process what he said, but this was rather a relief. Goal to learning should be to fully understand this video in one sitting, with no pauses. I think once you can do that, this will be a pivotal piece of economics for your #LTmemory. Thanks #ACDCLeadership!!!

At first I thought he was just speaking wayy too fast. But, as I go along, his speed is just perfect. I sometimes get lost when people speak too slow, somehow my attention would shift to other things, like the talker's nose, or mouth, or even that little mole on the cheek. With Jacob speaking fast, I tend to be more focused on his points, if I think it is important, I just replay it over and over again until I get his point. Love his videos!!! especially helpful when you are stuck with your lecturer's (confusing) notes and you just want affirmation on your understanding.

Me and my revision buddies find your videos so much easier to understand than using our books/seminars and lectures. you use great examples and keep the content engaging. the movie examples in particular are great, but the key concepts in 60 seconds I find a bit too fast :) if i pass my exams coming up its because of you :)

There is an economic reason behind the speed of his videos. He knows these concept are hard to grasp and he also knows that his revenue depends on views. How does he maximize his revenues? Make the viewer rewatch the video 10 times.

why would an airline company charge a higher price on international flights the larger the period between travel and return during a vacation season?
+saleh mohammed Sorry for being late on answering this. It is a good question, but I don't know the answer for sure. I can only speculate. Pehrpas it is because the airlines assume that someone who goes on a long international vacation has a higher income.
