They actually started to shoot the scene fully nude but after some intervention from one of the producers they made a prostetic to make her look like Barbie :-( Watch the brilliant Documentary "More Brains! A Return to the Living Dead" from 2011 the dance scene part ist at around 53:00. On a side note, yep the Soundtrack is brilliant :-)
