    Very good reminder to Strong man and powerlifters that doing bodybuilding show is good AFTER those other goals, i think they don't realize how deep the diet gets and the effect on strength on or off gear. they need to also go into a prep with that in mind that EGO will get hurt at the end with most strength and to not let them get emotional about it.

    Skip'S Cat reminds me of my two feline little buggers lol. His cat meows just like my two little troublemakers 😹. Everytime I her his cat meowing in the background, I think mine is meowing in the room next door.
    My two cats are relentless when they want my attention. They will meow loudly next to my desk where I'm working, and won't give in until I play with them.

      Linus is the worst because he's a bengal. They are louder and meow incessantly at all hours of the day and night. He will often go into our bedroom while I'm working in the middle of the night and quite literally start "talking" to my wife to wake her up like, "I really need your attention right now" and I have to chase him out of the bedroom.

    Question for you guys! If I’m waking up with fasted BG levels around 89-97 mg/dl on a daily basis, would you recommend I check my A1C with the at-home kit? Also, what are some indicators that you would want to take metformin and/or stop taking metformin? I have been on metformin for at least 2 years now and am curious to know whether I actually need to continue it or not

      Negative, Check your sugars postprandial after 2-3 hours.
      SO long as you’re waking up in that range, while it would be great to be lower, and your sugars are normalizing at a consistent rate back to

    Hey Skip loading got shouted out on the Chris Williamson podcast 🤯 he’s got several million followers. Unfortunately it was in a negative context, talking about all the dumb shit he did when he was young but of course his understanding of the process was completely wrong! He explained it as just eating no carbs all week and binging on junk food one day per week! Any how it was cool to hear Skip mentioned and just sad people don’t full comprehend the concept. I told him to contact Skip to get the actual process as the guy is supposed to be some scientific genius 😂 and scrawny as hell of course

    • @TEAMSKIP

      I heard about it, and I'm going to specifically use him and his name (because he did the same with my name) when I do the next video for my youtube channel (skiploading). I will also use his name in the video short to benefit from his ignorance. Nothing like a reality tv star with a Funky Bunch physique giving nutrition advice when he's clueless about the method. It should be fun. :)

    I hear a lot about clen only when doing fasted cardio as a presence or insulin would be an issue. If this is true. Should I use Clen at a different time in the day. Since I do cardio after my training where I have an Intra with Carbs?

    • @TEAMSKIP
      @TEAMSKIP 21 день назад +1

      It sounds like a lot of what you have heard is just plain wrong. First, clen has a half-life that is roughly 1.5 days, so no matter when you take it, you have blood levels that are high, anyway. Honestly, your question isn't very clear, so if you can clarify by rewording your question, we could use it on the next show. You say something about "... only when doing fasted cardio as a presence or insulin would be an issue..." I don't know what you mean by this.

    • @sharphomesolutions1685
      @sharphomesolutions1685 9 дней назад

      The least amount you can use and get results. You can titrate dosages up as needed.
      I start with 2.5mg and then add in as I adjust my diet weekly.
