I can see in a few years naofumi gaining godhood and sent back in time to make the original 4 weapons but when he was supposed to be summoned he decides to change things up for himself and gives himself a weapon that he likes but he when he doesn't get godhood to make the original weapon he has to go back for a 2 time trying to fix the timeline he tries to remember what weapon he had but brain farts badly and gives his past self a Warhammer not a blacksmithing set and now he is stuck in a time loop giving himself random weapons for the rest of his life

What if Naofumi was the dagger/assassin hero he is the rouge of the group. He could be raised in Mercenary family or just some raised in the streets so he would match the rouge/dagger hero requirements.

I was a bit surprised that the Hamer didn't count as a weapon. At first I thought naofumi was going to pull a out a war Hamer or just yous his anvil like a mace since its tide to a string from the pitcher.

With this concept I kind of prefer the idea that Naofumi himself is what's special, and not the hammer and anvil. That is to say, he's different from the other Heroes in that, if he somehow lost or broke his Legendary Weapon, it'd be a setback to be sure because they're great tools, but Naofumi would still be the Blacksmith Hero and he wouldn't necessarily lose his abilities just because he lost his tools. Could even go one step further and say that Naofumi can apply his skills to anything he can get his hands on so long as he has some ability to interact with it and the appropriate skill and knowledge. So he might be able to work stone, metal, or wood with little issue, but he wouldn't be able to do something crazy, like catching a lightning bolt or a fireball and using it as a material in forging a new item unless he developed the necessary ability to do so, and even then he'd probably need custom tools and gear to pull it off. But if the old Norse dwarves could forge things out of the breath of a fish or the roots of a mountain, then conceptually the sky is the limit for fantasy blacksmithing.
for fantasy blacksmithing the sky is really not the limit but one of the bug roadblocks
