Hi guys! Hope you enjoy seeing these 2 demo machines! They were a lot of fun to use! Just wanted to stress that when filming Clayton in the cab, I was stood outside holding the camera in! Masks were worn and social distancing rules followed! Enjoy!

That Amazone fert spreader is some piece of kit. The technology in spreaders is phenomenal nowadays. The ultimate edition JD is a step up on the previous models. Command pro takes a bit of getting use to but would never go back to other transmissions. Hydraulic top link is well worth investing in!
Thanks David. Really enjoyed using this demo set up. We are looking at a couple different spreaders at the moment for changing ours. Yes I’m sure once you are use to the command pro you wouldn’t want anything else!

Your getting a lot of new toys to get your head round at the mo! I’d love to have all the electronics but as you’ve found, if the throw a hissy fit it’s game over🤦♂️ Plus I couldn’t afford the gear in the first place 🤣🤣
Only on demo! 😂 We do need to upgrade the spinner though, we have to be so precise with fert on the science ground that it needs to be working 100% when we need it to!
@@JMFarming yeah but even yours pooped it’s load out 🤦♂️ yeah that’s true, you can’t go old school when it has to be precise. I’m not even sure where I’d plug the electrics into my mb trac 🤣🤣
As you got to the front of JD with the spreader, just for a moment it looked like it had a bale for a counterweight

Was the sun shining ?? how things have moved on in the Tractor world since the grey Ferguson. One in stick mode that's all you can use ?? so if you had to break at a junction using brake pedal then throttle away and drive normal or would have use stick mode to move of ?? is that stick system the same as the Fendt's as seen on RUclips
It was for once! Yeah loads of tech now in the modern machines! You can drive this one on the stick or foot throttle without having to press anything to change. If you brake at a junction you can either foot throttle away or stick away, it’ll do either 👍

when you setting in and out timing in meter, does it work right? because I have a ZA-V spreader with JD 2630 monitor, it's just can't understand that parameter cause the JD monitor works with second not meter. I can set any number just no matter, ignore it..
It was a long time ago we had this demo but I believe it did work. Would recommend speaking to a dealer who will know a lot more than me!
Do you spread your fert at 24m? If so, how do you get on spreading at that width? Great video btw 👌
Yep 24m! Find it works really well. Our spreader had section control which makes it incredibly accurate!
is not great when you cannot work due to a computer issue. this is the problem with much software as often it is put out not fully tested and much of the "testing" is done while in use! You can often prevent mechanical breakdowns by maintaining your machinery but software issues are random and frustrating!
I agree! It’s so annoying as we had the weather on out side but couldn’t get anything done!
@@JMFarming maybe as you are a "research" farm you could research how much time is lost due to software glitches. am sure the farming industry would be very interested indeed in that.

I find it changes gears at the wrong time and too often. 👍
