I didn't realize you could build a house so close to the boundary of the property. Is that legal.?? How long was the actual build from start to finish.?? How much is the total build of this house.?? Is there No internal wall insulation,?? Were the internal wall insulation covered and taped by any plastic sheeting.??

How did this get away with being so close to the adjacent properties?

Why do builders make no effort to separate their waste?

These american wood houses are considered a playground in europes perspective.
I’m happy to see at least a steel enforced concrete foundation. You should at least build steel enforced concrete pillars on all corners and bricks between the pillars. The roof looks stable in the video nevertheless this cannot withstand a big landslide or very strong wind. I’m most concerned about the isolation but this can be managed with steel wool. Thus I strongly believe the european construction is worlds better than the americans.

That's good, hopefully you can afford all that electricity you need to power it, in Europe. You guys are so smart going "green". Lmao European's always trying to one up America 😂
