Welcome to Amity Tracks. This is a channel where we discuss a wide range of music related topics. The focus will be on music from the 1960’s through the 1990’s, but not exclusively. Classic rock, progressive rock, psychedelic rock, hard rock, jazz, blues, folk, country, soul…all genres are fair game. From time to time we may dabble in other popular culture, such as film, history or sports. But music is primarily what we do here. The focus is on the music and the artists. We hope to encourage an open and dynamic community with fun and informative discussions not only in the videos, but also in the comments section. Please note that, while disagreement and discussion is welcome, no personal attacks or out of bounds comments will be tolerated. We want to be a part of the positive larger vinyl community and other like-minded, music focused communities.

Best album to get wasted to... Thank you for this video 🍻🍻
Thanks for your series on Neil. Tonight's the Night is one of my favorite record of all time. But you are right to put Everyone and Rust ahead of it. Gotta wait for the sun to go down before I put my old vinyl version on.
brilliant review! Tonight’s the Night, On the Beach and Goldrush are my all-time NY favourites albums ever!
Thanks, I appreciate that. At some point we'll do a Neil Young week and dive into all that stuff.
I saw the time fades away tour excellent. Linda ronstadt opened
From the ditch Trilogy my favorite is On the Beach, but I like TTN too
Seen Neil Young Roxy recently? 2023. He played Tonights all over again!
Very cool!
I bought TTN at a used record store when I was about 15. I didn't really know much about Neil, but I just loved this album and played it a lot. Yeah it's rough and gritty, but there is also an undercurrent of tenderness and vulnerability at the same time.
Totally agree. That's a hell of an intro to Neil Young, though.
Iconic album raw gritty and out of key
Got Roxy on Record Shop day. 2 discs but only 3 sides! Never saw that before, but the right length. More engaging than the studio?
I still go with original, but it is intriguing nonetheless.
It has huge highs, but some of the vocals are shocking.Overrated in my opinion.
Shocking in what way? Just curious.
Out of tune...
In some places.
