- MEAN MANGOES! Hard Melissa's got her own morning talk show and War on Women is her house band! Melissa sits down with rapper Miss Eaves to ask her questions using rude RUclips comments left on her videos. Plus Brann Dailor from Mastodon getting pestered some guy named Frank? This episode is bananas.

I think I'm in love with Hard Melissa.
sorry mate she's married to the white half of Run The Jewels
@@mrsimonb3 I don't know what that is but I appreciate the heads-up! I'm going to to try waiting it out.
@@mrsimonb3 May her and El-P live long and happily ever after
I was definitely confused and scared when I didn't see Mutoid Man but this was a great episode. Hard Melissa kicks ass.
^ This.
The punisher skit blew my mind. Considering I think the last time the did punisher was 2 years ago. Plus it is so crazy seeing Jordan without makeup
Poseur Cops bro!
lolroflstomp you’re right
That Chelsea Wolfe cameo blew my mind.
M Lewis i heard Hard Melissa owes her money
I love this show so much. It's so thick in the 'details' that I have to explain it to other people. Please don't change.
HARD MELISSA?!? THE STEINBAG WITH A SWORD?!? THE PUNISHER?!? THIS ROCKS!!!!! 💀💀💀
Omg I love Miss Eaves!
I'm so happy I randomly ended up at the taping on Tuesday. This shit is hilarious and I'm getting all of my friends into this immediately.
I love the prop department has one earth crisis shirt
The Punisher part was so funny. hahaha
I love this show. This is my favorite thing in the whole world right now!
This is the best way to start a Monday. I almost choked on my coffee when Lucie started swinging around a sword.
I swear the lead singer of War on Women with the green hair is a dead ringer for Conan's assistant Sona and also has a amazing voice and band backing!
I was thinking the exact same thing about 20, 25 minutes ago while watching this ep for the first time. SO SONAesque.
Emo guy is so cool
Loved that punisher skit haha, especially seeing him interview Bran of Mastodon haha
But what's the weather like at Danzigs house?
Personal favorite episode since the Baizley pilot. 2005 scene guy rips btw
Exactly this was so good and scene kid was so damn funny
Thanks now I'm walking around work all day going "JajajajajajaJOW! Hard Melissa!"
More Frank Castle gear talk! 2005 scene kid too.
05 scene kid was genius and the dude that did the part was amazing
What rock have I been under? Discovering you guys in 2021. Amazing!
Same here but it’s 2022 and I’m amazed this series doesn’t have more recognition
I can't wait for more episodes, great fucking work guys.
absolutely incredible
Hard Melissa is the BEST!!!
How? Not even one funny line. How do you find that funny I wonder?
BEST WAY TO START A MONDAY!
Bassist rocking a Homeless Gospel Choir pack? Rad.
I'm laughing so hard at work that people are staring. Good job.
That Dark Horse cover was lit.
What What. Was that Chelsea Wolfe for real? Did not expect that.
I soooooooo wish they bring this show back. Watched every episode a few times. It's like my fav Netfilix show is never gonna be wat it used to be ;(
Hard Melissa needs her own movie!
what an incredible episode. Fuckin' youtube not fucking showing me this FUCKIN GOLD until 2 years later i found it through the cover songs series.
Hard Melissa AND War on Women. Perfect!
Yes!!!!
holee shit this show is so well written
HORSE the Band reference?! 😂😂😂 thats a throwback
When Hard Melissa asked Miss Eaves to explain irony I thought someone was gonna sing Alanis Morissette's Ironic...
This episode is as good as all the others and better than some. I cant pick a favorite but this one is so damn good.
More of this!
Why is 2M2LN not an adult swim regular series?
Hard Melissa is everything! My dog is dressing up as her this Halloween.
The more times I watch this, the better it gets. Jordan has Charlie Day levels of acting ability.
Hard Melissa is my favorite late night host EVER!!!
Re: the last podcast episode and that dead bloke in the toilet... why all the shade towards Sleep? What'd they ever do to you? Matt Pike needs the supplementary income to pay for all those drunk tattoo sessions.
ALSO, Hard Melissa as permanent co-host.
Velvet Underdog dude in the Sleep shirt is our camera guy Rob and that's just what he wore that day. No deeper meaning... or is there???
They’re in the pocket of Big Shirt!
Hahahaha
HONORABLE SWORDS!!!!!!
They really get a lot of mileage out of that Earth Crisis shirt 😂😂😂😂
Wow! This one was fire!
god i love this
10’s ACROSS THE BOARD
"MARIA!!!! NO!!" haha
Fuck, I've been saying Heart Melissa this whole time. FUCK!
I just lost my shit from the Chelsea Wolfe cameo
"If I didn't have to go to social studies, I could get the fuck out of this dying town..."
#HardMelissa4eva
2005 scene kid is the best thing ever
1:56 that cut away cracked me up bad for some reason
Crucial! Need more, don't forget your roots kid.
"If ya hold yer breath in the dark ya cant die."
hahahaha
Hard Melissa!!!
Hard Mellissa! She's got brutal one liners and a tongue that's sharper than a beer bottle in a barfight. Or some shit. I dont fackin care.
I spat my water out when the punisher screamed Maria.
The only thing that would have made this better is Brann Dailor playing with Mutoid Man. But this was the best episode yet.
dude with the wig was hilarious
Welp...
Toads trve, y'all.
Toads trve.
that awkward moment when you realize you was totally like 2005 in 2005 and i still love elizabeth sherman and hopesfall satellite years, ups!
fuck yeah!
Wandering Ronin 😂😂😂
El and Emily are best power couple ever. There I said it! After seeming her on Netflix I knew my fav rapper producer would marry someone funny w his humor. But Jaime might be outmatched during quarantine fever. Haha. Jkjk. Much love from Jersey!

Soulseek still works
Why is Hard Melissa noch called HaRd MiliTia?
this makes me want to attend church and I don't consider myself Christian
que pedo con yosStop
Miss Eaves is the coolest person in the world.
This show is awesome I love hard Melissa. War on women sounds like they just started learning their instruments
Your username sounds like you're a white guy that teaches Taewondo
2sacks1 uhhh Brodsky was clearly there in two scenes.
This is TERRIBLE
I prefer Post punk and shoegaze, so what am I doing here? Punk rock and metal chicks , am I right?
be Hard Melissa is so easy.
It’s my friends hat? She is awkward and lives in a bubble
Are we really gunna glaze over that the guest is made fun of for being so drenched in irony, doesn't know what the word means, and actually looks it up. Wowzers, you really can't write that level of delusion.
It would be so much better without the hee haw fake character nonsense.
Good point. But I kinda like the heehaw nonsense.🤷♂️
This show should just be presented by Hard Melissa. So much better
God damn. I wanna like this episode so bad but, unlike the rest of the episodes, it feels so damn forced. It's not fun realizing you can't get into something that has so many of your favorite bands, musicians and characters involved. Hard Melissa, great character. War on women, cool band with a legit reason for existing. Gwarsenio appears to be the only person in the episode who isn't trying too hard.
Dont get me wrong, I'll still watch anything this show puts out. But I really hope it has the same feel the first 3-4 episodes do. Witty, snarky and smooth.
The punisher sketch was rad tho and damn funny
I'm with you. Hard Melissa is a great character, and a frighteningly accurate portrayal of some of my acquaintances. 😂 But better as the side character. Also, hard pass on the band, sorry not sorry. Lastly, bring on all the Punisher bits possible!
skipslastride glad I'm not the only one who thought so. I fucking love this show and everyone involved in one aspect or another and was very bummed to see such an obvious departure in tone.
I'm hoping that since it was a spin off style episode that it'll regain all previous momentum. I'd love to see another Poser Cops skit
Hey I am very grateful that you two like the show so I don't want to you to think I am coming for your heads. We make this show ourselves. Gwarsenio, me, Katie, Jeremy, Lucie, and Hard Melissa. That's it as far as writing and tone and all that direction stuff. We don't have a network giving us notes. We don't have any rich producer giving us money and feedback (but we do have a lot of incredible patreon subscribers who give us money and that's so much more valuable to me). This is easily our mutual favorite episode so far because it's such a fun departure from our usual schtick. We could have made eight episodes exactly like the other ones but this was a way to flex our writing muscles and have a good time. I don't want you to feel bad that you didn't like it--that's totally fair. People like what they like and I think you will really enjoy the next three episodes with Mutoid Man which we've already shot. We're fucking hyped on them. I hope you folks stick around for those new eps and have a good ass time.
However, we all fucking love War On Women. We would never, ever work with a band or musician we aren't humongous fans of. That shit I don't take lightly. You don't have to love them, but they drove all the way up from Maryland, killed their lines, murdered their music, and fucking made us really happy. And our actors didn't "try too hard," they're actors playing a fake character, just like everyone on our stage does. We're not some huge network show like Conan. We're a bunch of DIY punk comedians who lose days of sleep at a time to make this passion project for free on the internet and we read every single comment. If you didn't diss the band, or our amazing actors who we love dearly, I might not have said anything at all, but will always defend anyone who we ask to be a part of our show because they FUCKING RULE HARD. Again, I truly hope you like the next episodes and I'm sorry this one made you feel like an outsider.
Please don't misunderstand, everything you've done has made me laugh so hard. And part of why it's all so great is that you're all doing it yourself. None of that goes unnoticed. Certainly never meant to hate on anyone.
