actually, the problem with your videos is that we can't even see if the shell goes through the final layer or not, and this is a quite recurrent problem on penetration simulation channelsl. I advise you to load a little more frame to see if the armor at the end is penetrated or not, because it's quite frustrating
Actually, we were not satisfied with the last frames since, as you mentioned, they do not show whether the projectile will penetrate the last layer or not. However, adding a few more milliseconds would take a few hours and require the simulation to run from the beginning. We are now working on upgrading our setup to overcome this issue. More memory is needed for longer and higher quality mesh simulations.
It looks like it was probably going to get through. I hope you can upgrade your setup enough to give it another go. It's always interesting to see these, and I understand that there are computing limitations.

A lot simulation the test is always Russian Munition vs Western Tanks but when using Western Munitions it's always bounce not penetrated or with lesser powerful gun vs heavily armored Russian tanks. You know Cope simulation from Cope Cages people.😂
its because a lot of modern western ammunition is still highly classified, so there just isn't any reliable info on the structure and material properties used for these modern rounds. And just like the ammunition, modern western armour arrays are also highly classified which results in videos like these being made where a 1970s armour arrays from the prototype stages of the first leopard 2s are put up against an apfsds that is 10+ years newer than it, so it is bound to pass straight through the armour.

There is no reliable source for information on such armor configuration since it is still classified "until this moment".

Now what if it has ERA?
It would just degrade the penetration but I don't think that any Leopard 2 model has added ERA exepct the Arjun
