- The Cardinals punched their ticket to the ACC Championship with a 38-31 road victory over Miami. QB Jack Plummer played a terrific game when it mattered most, completing 24 of his 37 passing attempts for 308 yards and 3 touchdowns. Isaac Guerendo carried the ball 14 times for 91 yards and a touchdown. For Miami, Mark Fletcher Jr. carried the ball 17 times for 126 yards and touchdown, while Xavier Restrepo had 8 receptions for 193 yards and a touchdown.

I was working and had to listen to this game on the radio. My God, I went through every sports emotion known to man while listening to this game. After it was all over, I went home, passed out and slept for 6-hours straight!

As a purdue fan watching Brohm be successful in Louisville angers me so much. He was entirely mediocre at Purdue. So he either is a good coach and deliberately didn't exercise it, or he is coaching an already established team and in 3 to 4 years, he will again be mediocre. Either way, I wasn't upset that he left, and it's basketball season again.

Didn't say I was happy about our current situation, but with brohm esch year seemed more and more disappointing with him. We were not building anything with him and losing games that should have been guaranteed wins.

How can you say this team was already established when we had 23 transfers come in? Purdue had some of its best years under Brohm. Took you guys to the title game in the Big Ten. Purdue was dead in the water when Brohm arrived. 9 wins in 4 seasons. Brohm had 36 wins in 6 seasons and took y'all to the Big Ten Championship. He has 1/10 of Purdue's 9 win seasons in history. Co-Champions of the Big 10 2 times in 50+ years since 1967 and Brohm took them to the Big Ten Championship. No idea how you can say he was mediocre.
