Hello Mr. Benson. Please help me on RUclips's fair use of movie trailers. I'm a resident of Brazil. So, if I use a movie trailer, for example, from marvel in my cane, then, after the trailer is shown, I start talking about the trailer, either for criticism, analysis or if I ALSO release the trailer, asking for the people to watch, without infringing the work, is this transformative use and fair use?
