Blade Staff is the most effective weapon. Because it can be used before Celestial Pillars.
It's not good until you reach pre-golem
And it's only good when you use 3 whips with perfect whipstack.
How are you summoning plantera without a bulb? And if it's a mod then how did you download it on mobile?
It's just some mechanic build.
And mod in terraria mobile Offical is not possible, mod is only for pc.

The pirate staff is definitely one of the summoner weapons
Since blade stuff's base damage is so low would it be faster if you used another accessories instead of emblems
There's no other accessories to make it faster other than DPS accessories
Is it not better to use mech glove or fire gauntlet instead of feral claws?
Mech and gauntlet doesn't do anything for summoner except increasing melee speed.
Use berserk glove for defense.

Couldn’t you use a wolf mount to be able to switch out the wings for more damage?
Then you don't have accessory to help you to go up.
Building multiple platform with small gaps will slow down your fall which is very bad.
