    Another well-designed and awesome workout by Chris & Edi! As always, I appreciate the thorough warm up and cool down, and of course the effective and challenging exercises delivered in a format that makes sense.

    Did this one at the gym with 30 lb. and 50 lb. dumbbells for the evening having done the Upper Body focused session yesterday! Back to back quality workouts I’ve been having
    Just a perfect mind to muscle prioritized session from start to finish which got my quads, hamstrings, glutes revved up along with the shoulders and arms getting a nice burn too 💪🏼🔥💦

Using 30 lb. and 50 lb. dumbbells really ramps up the intensity, and focusing on that mind-to-muscle connection is key for making the most out of each rep. Keep crushing it!
