The demo is sung by Yoo Young Jin, he's one of director in SM and was a singer long time ago. He composed most of aespa's song. beside aespa, many sm sound that you like also composed by him. Winter has been famous as the Yoo Young Jin's vocal daughter in SK, because of the similarity of their vocal technique, growl, etc.
The demo of monster by Red Velvet I&S went viral because of his vocal. You should check some of his collab with DO from exo (Tell me What is Love) and NCT Taeyong (Cure).

The demo singer isn't just a random singer, it's SM's in house singer/songwriter/composer/producer named Yoo Young Jin.. His style is very distinct especially in terms of melodic and harmonic parts of songs he produced.

Honestly, seeing the members hearing the Sticker demo, Taeyong's incredible leader energy jumps out - he's on his feet, vibing, being vocal, reassuring the group and being positive. I know now that we have seen the success of Sticker, it might be easy to forget that the boys said they were nervous about this song once!
If you relisten to Sticker, they did actually keep Taeyong's parts. The "brrrr" part is mixed into the first few words when he started rapping and for "...I'm a hip Sticker" they kept the recording he did in the video too.

You should listen to Favorite of Punch recordings, those are ones where they had quite a lot of harmonies and it's so interesting to watch! There are even fan edits of Favorite that's entirely from the member's raw vocal from the recording, it's so cool. Sticker recording is 127's most nervous recording. Because director Yoo is there. And there is almost no self directing of 127. Yoo Young-jin's style is so systematic that it is best served When a singer does what the composer intended. So 127 rarely does self-directing with stickers. In the case of other title and bside songs, self-directing is often performed.
