Its Apthous Ulcer which is usually self limiting. It will get resolved in a week if its not major type (which is pretty rare but with larger circumference and can persists for more weeks). Treatment usually consists of Vitamin B complex, Amlexanox oral gel for healing, Local Anesthetic gel like Lidocaine gel for pain and some form of antiseptic mouthwash (1% Povidone Iodine will do just fine). You can ask your local doctor for Mucoadhesive Patch if thats available where you are from. Although it will get you through the day painless, you need to change patch after a day or two. And if it was not applied correctly, removing it to apply new one would be painful. If the ulcer is recurring quite often you may need to change your food habit for nutrition, sleep pattern and stress level. - Indian Doctor
for sores: Just use fresh oregano leaves mashed them up then apply the juice to the area. Or gurgle some boiled guava leaf juice with salt. You can buy some in some chinese mart or something or asian markets. Or use some potassium alum. Or use plain salt, apply it directly to the sore. The salt should be seawater salt or rough salt, that salt that comes from the ocean not those on rocks. Or just hydrate real good and sleep well and take proper vitamins like d and c and a and you are good to go.
