This initially might seem a good thing, but then if you consider human nature, it will also imply that people will use weaker passwords, so that they remember them faster. So I'd suggest a level 2 for most use-cases. You avoid the effort of writing the password all the time, yet you're a bit more secure since the prompt runs in an isolated desktop.
