- So I passed the NCLEX-RN and who is not excited to work right away? As mentioned on my previous video I am already hired in Jefferson Hospital and I am currently waiting for per diem openings. Also good news I got my temporary work permit right away less than 24 hours after applying so now I can practice my profession in Pennsylvania while waiting for the official license endorsement from NY to PA. So I applied as a Dialysis Nurse in Davita with no dialysis background ever but whatever job I'll get I am so happy to share to you the stuff and paraphernalia I prepared for my first ever nurse job here in America.
