That second goal was simply a perfect shot using the d-man as a screen.

Why I sold my Yagr number retirement tics for big money. Watched him do too much damage against the Pens in uniforms I hate. Final straw was him lying and using the Pens as a bargaining chip before signing with Philly in 2012 then contributing to the Flyers playoff upset of the Pens that same year. Long memory on this Pens fan.

Get a grip. If Mario is on good terms with Jagr, & he certainly seems to be, who the hell are you to still be standing in judgment of him? Get off your high horse. As a Pens fan myself, you seem to forget that if Jaromir had really hated Pittsburgh or the Pens organization, he could’ve demanded a trade once Mario retired at the end of the ‘96-‘97 season. He kept that team in the playoffs while they were bankrupt and he saved the Pens ON the ice with his performances. And those playoff games in ‘98-‘99 generated much needed money & gave Mario the time and space to buy the team - saving it OFF of the ice. If Jaromir had stayed in Pittsburgh, the Pens would’ve finished too high up in the standings and they never would’ve gotten Crosby, Malkin or Fleury - and the Pens never would’ve won those cups. Quit yer bellyaching
