She was cleared to donate unrealistically fast. Donor clearance takes months and compatibility isn’t determined solely by blood type, it’s also determined by tissue testing and serum crossmatch. Since the kid is AB, she’s compatible with any blood type and they have ways of giving someone organs from incompatible donors.

as an insurance agent this is a touching story to me as many persons don't have insurance and sadly some can't afford as well so those who could afford it please take it into serious consideration

It's unfortunate, but surgery requires payment to receive. Doctors can't just give it to anyone or hospitals get too overfilled with patients. It's just life, but it can lead to tragic losses.
