People who think that they’re entitled to live somewhere. What did they think “month to month” meant? There is no security for the tenant or the landlord. The tenant can leave after a 30 day notice and the landlord can evict after a 30 day notice.
That’s pretty ridiculous to just up & evict someone because you “want to” or because you “can”. As long as the tenants are paying their rent/utilities on time then I don’t see how or why a landlord would/could do that. Seems pretty spiteful & childish to me

The daughter is an adult. Why as an adult with a child do you need your mother involved in your affairs.Additionally you can see she has a "spoiled girl" attitude. Unpleasant
Plaintiff didn't have to say a word and she was already on my nerves. Entitled to the max. Karen. Pursing lips. Hair flipping. I hate that she kept saying, uh huh, yes, uh huh. I'm surprised JJ didn't tell her to hush.
2:21 For a moment there I thought the Plaintiff had a easy win....but looks like they just caused themselves the case. Lease is now month to month and the months up, get out!
The daughter should’ve kept her mouth shut if it was easy for her to win but she keep blabbing! I’m guessing the landlords had the rights to kick them out if the lease was up! The plaintiffs had 30-day notice to move and let’s see: October 3rd to November 7th, that’s 35 days so they didn’t heed the notice!
Barely 10 seconds in, and the names omg😅😅 I just busted out laughing and had to show my kid 😅 if you rewatch bird actually has a slight chuckle and hold up wtf am I reading moment 😳 😅 lol 😀 😅 and he kept a straight me I be dead 😂😂
To be honest, Judge Judy was my all time favourite. But to be upset because the plaintiff was off on her date by (one day) really isn’t that big of a deal is it?
It is a HUGE deal in a case like this. 30 days notice and they have to be out within that time frame. That's the whole case and that's why even A DAY is important.
