As always thanks Fred. Super Car received high ratings and eventually aired in 40 countries . The theme songs for these shows are fun to listen to.🎵

First of all, happy belated to you Fred! Now then...a lot of rarities in there as usual, including a couple or three that I've never seen. (How does he do it?) Plus plenty of familiar names in those credits too. Thanks Fred! Typical though; it's your birthday and you give US a present. What a guy!

At 15:44, I have Sirius XM and I do listen to the old radio programs and see they put Suspense on television. I like listening to it on that channel.

Sometimes I imagine the recording sessions for songs and commercials, and am thinking right now about the anonymous man in the booth, decades ago, excitedly singing "Supercarrrrrrr! Supercarrrrrrrr! It's the marvel of the age!"

Fred provides nostalgic comfort food. I never heard of Angel, Way Out, Black Saddle, One Happy Family, or some others. Studio One was considered quite a prestigious show. LOVE the Supercar intro! I think that's the very first TV show I ever remember seeing. I would have been three years old. OMG. I do remember Space 1999 (Live Action Gerry Anderson), but have no clear memory of Space Academy. Kind of weird to see Tab Hunter surrounded by curvaceous cuties in light of what we know about him. Cool to see Ted Cassidy in the Huck Finn show, which I don't remember. That coast guard show theme sounded very much like Sea Hunt, another ZIV production. Funny to see the women in the Playboy show enjoying themselves so much in light of today's attitude.

Oooh, yes. So many sound and look familiar. I must have been around the living room for Charlie Chan, the coastguards and the cowboys series but definitely before the screen for US Marshal. I remember those hands coming out through the jail bars vividly. 😳 Love this series, Fred. 💜🤟

Thanx Fred, for posting these great shows and commercials! I've been fascinated with closing credits since childhood. When looking at certain names in the production credits, you can immediately guess the name of the production company. If you see "W. Argyle Nelson" it has to be Desilu; I recall seeing that name in the I Love Lucy credits. And the trio of "Ralph Sylos, Jack Barron and Florence Bush"...has to be a Revue, later Universal, production!

Great job again, Fred, and Happy belated Birthday!
4:30 - Dick Conway & Roland McLane wrote a majority of the LEAVE IT TO BEAVER episodes in its last few seasons.
5:30 - I just watched a good part of James Hong's (Seinfeld, 4!) interview for the TV Foundation, and he mentioned that he played #1 Son to Charlie Chan. He was apparently the only Asian cast for the show, as J. Carrol Naish as Charlie Chan often played other ethnicities back then, as Vito Scotti did too.
9:00 - I'd never heard of WAY OUT before, but apparently it was a replacement for Jackie Gleason's flop game show YOU'RE IN THE PICTURE on CBS. Mr. Gleason used the time slot for his own talk show, after spending his 2nd show apologizing for the game show, until that scifi show was ready by March, where it was aired just before TWILIGHT ZONE. Richard Thomas was about 10 years old when this was filmed and about a decade from becoming John-Boy Walton.
11:07 - BLACK SADDLE was also new to me, and I was surprised to read that it lasted a full 1 1/2 seasons on NBC. Co-creator John McGreevey wrote for a lot of tv shows in the 1960s. His son was former child actor, Michael McGreevey, who was in quite a few Disney movies 1960s-1970s, often playing Dexter Riiey's friend Schuyler, before getting into writing himself.
22:27 - Jack Klugman wrote in his book about his relationship with Tony Randall that Tony remembered how they'd appeared together in a rotten episode of APPOINTMENT WITH ADVENTURE. I don't imagine it was a high budget show.
