724k and those rooms were tiny....wow!! I loved the patio
Victoria thanks for sharing but I'm surprised this is a Toll Brothers Home. You literally walk into the dining area. The office is so small it couldn't serve as a bedrm. The bathroom next to it should've been a full bath to try and pull it off. With the exception of the owners suite the bedrms are small. Other than the island there is no place to eat. This home is horrible on FUNCTION for a family that needs 2-3 bedrms. Even the fancy bells and whistles of Toll Brothers cant hide that 😞
I was there last weekend. Splendid location.

cheap cabinets, no yard, small home, I am sorry even they threw in a car its not worth $700k. Very dissappointing for Toll Brothers. Classica, Jones, Shea, all blow them away these days.

That is a prefab cookie cutter shoe box. "luxury" 😂😂😂 give me a break. That fake wood floor is trash. They do that with those giant apartments they put up. "luxury". Except every time you leave or come home you have to walk 15 minutes through the luxurious labyrinth they made so they could shove as many boxes in the building as possible. Such a joke.
