He would wake, a few seconds later he saw the villagers and they started hitting him with weapons, during the beating Naruto was hit on the head knocking him out, he then woke up in the seal and heard crying, being the curious and scared child he was he went to the noise of where the crying was coming from, once in the room where the crying was from he saw a giant cage and noticed that there was a girl in the cage crying, Naruto was surprised by seeing what he thought was a beautiful girl, soon she noticed him and hugged him saying sorry for the pain she caused, Naruto being a smart child for his age realized that the girl was kyuubi Naruto wasn’t scared by her but soon realized that she had chacra still, she explained her name was Vanessa and that since she was a being made of chacra she could just gain some by absorbing natural energy when he went to sleep. Soon naruto woke up and realized he wasn’t in an alley anymore and was in a lab(orochimaru had some ninjas who were loyal to him and told them to kill the civilians and take Naruto’s unconscious body to a lab of his) naruto realized that his arms and legs were strapped down and saw some weird thing he was inside ( the machine that got rid of oxygen) orochimaru started the machine and a few seconds later Naruto was in so much pain but kyuubi/ vennesa didn’t want her only friend to die so she started using her chacra to help him survive but because of the kyuubis/vennessas chacra and his gene activating, it caused an explosion big enough for the the entire village to notice. Five minutes ago,minato and kushina realized something, that they were under a gengutsu because every time they would try to go near Naruto or think about training him or anything to do with him they would get this bad feeling,they soon realized they were under a gengutsu so they released it and noticed that Naruto wasn’t there, panicked they asked naruko and menma if they knew where Naruto was only to be given strange looks in return and both saying they thought he was in his room and went up to see if he was up there but not finding him, minato, kushina,menma, and naruko, were horrified by not knowing where he was but then heard a loud explosion, soon minato yelled for his Anbu and told them to help him find out where that explosion came from and to help find Naruto if he was near,having a feeling that Naruto was related to that explosion somehow, but one anbu that hated Naruto asked why should they search for a demon that killed the 3rd homage, when minato and kushina heard this they were pissed,while menma and naruko were also angry but were confused about why the anbu called their twin a demon, back at the exploded lab Naruto’s body somehow survived but noticed that he looked horrible, and thought that the villagers would think he would be a freak and his family wouldn’t care, soon he noticed that there was a hallway that didn’t collapse and so he ran but noticed a bookshelf of books on sealing and chackra so he took the books and ran not to be found for years, About 10 years passed and he became a glorified seal master, during the 10 years him and vennessa became closer and closer soon they started to love each other so Naruto vowed that he would create a way for her to come out of him without killing him, so he spent 10 years working on kenjutsu fuinjutsu and created little guns for him to shoot with, along with a red and black suit inspired by the about a funny person with a spider themed suit, he soon managed to get vennessa out of the seal, as soon as she was out of the seal she jumped on Naruto and gives him a kiss, soon a week later Naruto found out that orochimaru was still alive and didn’t want to look like how he looked he went on a man hunt for orochimaru.
