I’ve only been listening to this for 2 days (obviously since that’s when it was uploaded) but I literally feel so hot- like my nose is cuter than before and my lips look better. I also just feel like I overall look better but I can’t pinpoint what changed.
Update: so I don’t use this everyday but I want to talk about how my appearance has changed. I feel more confident in my facial features despite me dealing with a few breakouts right now (I’ve always had acne), my eyes are SO pretty like my eyelashes and the way the color looks in the sun, everytime I send my partner a picture of my body or face they gas me up with so much compliments lol, that may be the subliminal or it’s just how she is, anyways that’s all for now, I’m also only listening a minimum of 2 times and when I can remember to listen. :)

Hey something to help you:
Don't "hope" to achieve results, you have to feel them. Like just close your eyes while you're listening to the sub and just feel the nose that you want already on you. And a lot of people say things like "fake it till you make it" or "believe you have it and it will come" but honestly i disagree with this because while yes you are trying to make it a reality in your head, it can also still be limiting when you exagerate all of this stuff because it places a deep feeling that it might not actually be there (for me this happens at least, everyobe is different). So instead i use the feeling method and just dont look in the mirror for a little bit to really let it set in and idk ig it works better for me but u should try it!
