  • In this episode we continue to strip out the bus( yes the black monolith of a fridge is still there). We modified the entry way to help accessibility and took out some of the flooring that was due to be replaced.
Next we emptied the bays that housed the electrical, oasis hydronic system, and water tanks.
Thanks for watching, and if you have any questions, comments thoughts or ideas, please feel free.

Wow, you are both very hard workers! That is a bunch of work you completed there in relatively short order. Great job.

I just found you guys and I'm loving your vidoes. Very informative and helpful. I just bought a 1994 102-DL3 coach that I plan on converting. I'll start here in Alberta but int the spring, I'm headed to your neck of the woods to finish it.

I found your videos through the tour of your other bus, the modifications and renovation of this one have me fascinated as this is one of my desires for retirement. I am glad to see in this episode your wife has some kneepads, I was worried about her taking out the floorboards in the last one and how bad her knees must’ve hurt at the end of the day as I am probably 15 years younger than you

That background tune is stuck in my head. This is fascinating to watch, I never knew so much stuff goes into the function of an RV/motorhome.

Think i would turn the generator around or put it on a tray where you can slide it out to service it

Interesting that they cared enough to put in an Oasis, but not ground wiring?

I agree with you I saw a lot of wasted space that could have been used if they had really thought about it just a little before installing

I'm a welder by trade, and getting this same bus in a month, do you think its possible to build a turning type staircase like the E and J series coach?

Anything is possible, but will require some surgery.

Yes, unfortunately... but they are since out of business, they won’t do it again.

Hi ivan and Sylvia. Hope all is well with you guys. I have been getting immersed in the bus again and watching your very informative videos. I particularly like the Haier fridge. I bought one as after looking at the different kinds I found that that one was going to be the best for the bus. Imagine the laughs I had when I saw your video with your new fridge in it. It appears that the thought process was the same.
One thing though. I’m watching these videos, it brought up more questions for me. I would love to have a conversation with you on that. I know your time is valuable but, if you are amiable to it I would like to share my phone number with you so that, and I stress this, if you want to you could give me a call. It would be great to get those questions cleared up in my own mind as I’m getting close to starting the insulation and such.
