- the new miffy cafe is finally open!!! for a character cafe, it has really good food!! the food might not be as heavily themed as other cafes, but it genuinely tastes good and it's still pretty cute! daikanyama is really close to Shibuya, so I totally recommend stopping by here!! :)
my only gripe is that the cafe is super small and you'll most likely have to sit with strangers if you're not lucky enough to get sat at one of the two side tables!

This Nijntje/Miffy Cafe is so cute and its so cool to see that she has such a big following outside the Netherlands! Im so jealous we didnt get it here
There’s one in a Dutch themed park in Japan. As someone who’s been it looks remarkably like Netherlands when I visited but maybe cleaner.
The food looked GREAT here... maybe one of the best of the character cafes you've visited? I loved the little touches like the oil drizzle on the soup, it looked so tasty!

I just came back from two weeks in Japan and I will miss the food dearly... So many good things to eat at reasonable prices... even just a tuna mayo onigiri from a conbini was always a treat! There's nothing like that here :(
I ate plenty of pumpkin stuff this go around! Thatsandwhich looked great. I tried a Pumpkin Pudding from Family Mart that was so good I had to eat a second one a few days later. Also tried a Soufflé Pudding with a layer of cheesecake on it... crazy good food. But I didn't get to go to any themed restaurants and even forgot to go to Pronto to try the Pokémon collab! ;_; But I did get to try the Sweet DisneySea and the Mermaid Lagoon float at Teddy Roosevelt lounge!
