To Be Honest an American* Also he didn’t compare his food to McDonald’s, he was simply saying that his signature sandwich is the one to get similar to how at McDonald’s you get their signature sandwich, the Big Mac.
It's a success story of an Italian immigrant dad. But his success in business is surpassed by how well he raised his son. I got teary-eyed when the father choked up because of what his son said. They are a very lovely father&son duo. God bless them. ♥
DO NOT forget about the cheese. I’ve been there and it’s incredible. Made with skill and love and it is spectacular. And the people are wonderful. I love the Bronx. But DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE CHEESE.

You can tell the son and his papi are close but dont always share their admiration for each other in words but more with supportive action . . . then when asked by another person the words that come out are spoken straight from the heart.
You can really see the bags under the fathers eyes, waking up very early in the morning everyday, I can understand all the stress he gets from it, a true man
When you didn’t grow up with a father... in some situations like mine you go your whole life thinking it’s just how it is and you never thought about it, never effected you day to day, but when you get older have kids and see moments like this between father and son makes you think. How different would I be if he was around. Better or worse I wonder.
Look at what he’s doing with the cheese haha. He’s so emotional, that’s probably the first time he’s ever not focused on what’s he’s doing with the cheese. So awesome.
Native New Yorker from Bensonhurst Brooklyn born and raised Arthur Ave and sum parts of Bensonhurst Brooklyn are the true little Italys in nyc my Nonna went here for 15 years several days a week for fresh mozzarella and meats plus honestly their casa sandwich is out of this world
This is amazing. My father owns the Peachwave right next to it, and my parents have been friends with them for a long time!! Their mozzarella is AMAZING. Check it out when you get a chance 💕
What a great story 🙏🏻. Father and Son create perfection! Hard work and dedication to a passion is what its all about. You can see how proud Dad is 🙏🏻. Love it👍
The process of the mozzarella being made and the delicious looking sandwich was wonderful. The ending was everything how proud the son was of his Dad. ❤
The Casa is my favorite on cibatta bread. Just like how the journalist had it. Their sandwiches are delishes. I then go and get some olive loaf bread from Madonia and then the ravioli place.
Amazing story and the love and respect the son and father have for each other the end got me there with the tears godbless u guys may u have more success live healthy and wealthy godwilling
Ok. I come from an Italian family in Northern California. My wife is from the Bronx. We go to Arthur Avenue when we visit her family who is In Connecticut or Long Island now. I love Arthur Ave and the food there is good, but not as good as Northern California, and my wife agrees. But not the mozzarella, and Casa Dela is the best. Eat it immediately and it’s just heaven. Incredible. Such a treat. After a few hours it’s still the best, but not quite transcendent. We get a bunch to take back to the family and a few little ones to munch immediately on the sidewalk. Other cheeses, cold cuts, bread, vegetables, etc. and California wins hands down, but this place is seriously spectacular. This place is on my list of places not to miss when we visit, and it’s out of the way for us. A special trip.
The advertisement was Serendipity! The song really calms all of me at once...👶 The cheese represents their character. They're amazing and so is the product they sell..
What an amazing story!! and a story of hard work and grinding from the bottom, Wha better success to be able pass it onto who better than ur own blood his son!!! Bravo to the dad on raising a proud, hardworking son and all to his hard work to come from scratch and make a Deli a whole success nothing more sweeter!! 👏👏👏

A son that takes over the father's empire and have all the humility and right attitude is all a father could ask for...
And he's very passionate

To Be Honest you clearly didn't get the point of what he was saying but act immediately insulting ... I'm not sure who's the moron there ...
