    When people say 2003, I think of it as 5 or 6 years ago. When people say 20 years ago, I think of it as the early 90s. Time flies too fast, man.

    Wow!! That IHOP manager got 50 years for providing a gun. He passed a lie detector saying he only got them the gun because they told him it was for target practice . Witness testified he was not at said target practice. Meanwhile, the murdererous son who made a previous attempt to murderer his parents will be out in a few years. We all know what that's about. People pay attention: crime, no matter how big or small, never pays, especially when you look a certain way.

      I think you must have missed a bit of this programme. Both him and his sister were brought up in a controlling, pretty loveless, home. 'Love' was given in rewards for being successful and withdrawn just as quickly if they didn't tow the line. The parents were paranoid that everyone was just seeing what they could get out of them. Then, with the exception of their daughter, this prophecy came true.

      @@streaming5332no, it starts with money. That is the root cause of the hate he had.
      This kid didn't want to do anything but but enjoy his prevalence. He didn't want to work to get his fortune. He was lazy.
      He hated his parents for making him work to earn the right to the money he gets from them, because he knew they had so much money, that when he gets his hands on it he wouldn't have to do nothing but have fun and enjoy life. At least that was what he thought.
      The parents were standing in the way of the fortune he thought was his and they had to go.
      Not saying the parents weren't 🍆s they were. I can't believe what they did to their daughter and grandchild.
      If your child get pregnant they need support. It wasn't like they didn't have money to feed another mouth.
      I never understood parent getting mad over pregnancy. It's a human being that are about to enter the world, your flesh and blood. And especially young girls getting pregnant need support, not to be thrown in to the streets.
      I could understand her hating them. But him?? They didn't throw him on the street like her sister after he dropped out of college.
      He was lazy and greedy and he wanted their money, not to earn his own.

    Yeah, I'm sure Suzanna was coerced into being the triggerman. What really would she have to gain to just want to murder these two people on her own? Andrew obviously wanted the payout, and I think the mastermind, Chelsea, wanted it more than he did. All of these fools, including Hilario, are where they need to be, behind bars.
    Rest in peace to that poor couple... although I don't agree w/them kicking out their teenage daughter, but that really has no relevance on the case or what became their ultimate fate.
    Anyhow, thanks for the upload, Kevin, and hope your week will be off to a great start!!

      @JustThoughtLounge  Год назад +36

      Yeah, I can imagine the conversations after their target practice where they would reinforce how much better of a shot she was than them….just to get her to volunteer to be the shooter. Really sad.
      Also, what did you think of Hilario’s conviction? I was surprised he wasn’t able to separate himself from the rest of the group and ended up getting such a significant sentence.

    • @loveforeignaccents
      @loveforeignaccents Год назад +17

      @@JustThoughtLounge I think Suzanna would have done anything to fit in, feel cared about, and obviously would have done anything to not lose that feeling and the (supposed) love she had gotten from Chelsea.
      As far as Hilario's conviction, I feel the same way I feel about the other three... I am frankly totally surprised they all had gotten such significant sentences, but that is a pleasant welcome to me since judges oftentimes seem to be far too lenient with their sentences. I think we need more of these type of sentences in general to, hopefully, deter such violent and senseless crimes.

    • @primesspct2
      @primesspct2 Год назад +7

      @@JustThoughtLounge That certainly surprised me too! I would have thought he would be able to inform on the others, to gain some sort of sanction, the fact that he didnt/couldnt, I find somewhat troubling. Everyone in prison and convicted on one girls word? Its certainly all true, but what if....... it was just her, settling matters for her star crossed lover best friends, the only one with physical evidence left at the scene? After all who wouldnt lie to save themselves from the death sentence? Nahhh... the cops got it right, right? LOL

      It's not that hard to be a good person. You don't even have to TRY to be a good person, just don't be a jerk. I've had a lot of issues with a lot of people but I can honestly say there is not one morning in my life-and I'm really old-that I have ever woken up with the thought, "What can I do to screw someone over or hurt someone today?". Just do the best you can, be good to people, and mind your business... It really is that easy.
