Exactly bro! These days it's good to see phone manufacturers joining in the laptop game. Also thanks for always commenting on the channel. You're very much appreciated here!
the looks are deceiving, i had the magicbook pro and at first i loved it but then everything went bad like loose screws poor trackpad quality and same thing with the keyboard. the speakers were okay with the help of nahimic but without it they sounded horrible, the thermals were terrible too when i played simple games the cpu would reach 108 celsius. i bought a macbook and the honor is the biggest piece of dog crap compared to it
Can't you open up the back cover so that we can see the innards? My trusty old 2nd hand Lenovo T450 died right after I finished my grad school thesis last year, needs a new mobo but since it's so old anyway I don't think it's worth the expense. Now that I hv just started my postgrad, this looks perfect for my needs esp since it's going for RM3400 with the same freebies during the 11.11 sale. At a time when every bloody thing is going up in price, that's a huge drop from the RM4300 price tag you mentioned at the time of this review.
Hello i just bought this laptop with windows 11 pro already instored inside, but i can't charge my battery to 100% , it stops at 78% and doesn't last for 11 hours
The power will drop if you use it at full power, if you want 11hrs you will need to put it on battery saving mode for the whole day. To fix the charging issue, try opening Honor PC Manager (Search for it in the Start menu). Click the three lines in the top right corner and click Settings. Then go into Battery. You can control how much charge the battery will take in - Home mode (up to 70%), Office (up to 90%) or Travel (up to 100%). Select Travel. Hopefully that should fix the issue.
Is there any way to downgrade windows11 to windows10 ? I've checked on the Honor website but can't see any win10 drivers on there. I suspect win10's drivers will auto install but it would be nice to know in advance.
IMO, for a 2022 laptop i think it could do better. Firstly, we should look deeper in the specs.. i found that is still using DDR4 ram. In 2022 this not acceptable, it should run on ddr5 or atleast ddr4x. Next the screen aspect ratio is still 16.9 widescreen, where nowadays all r moving towards taller aspect such as 16:10 or 3:2. Lastly, the usb-c 3.2 is also bit old school as now most laptop would come with atleast 1 or 2 thunderbolt-4 port. For a RM4k+ price tag, there are much better option out there. Honor is asking bit too much for the kind of spec is giving.
@@kyo8905 broken hinge from normal use. Above 100 degree temperatures. Screws loose. The metal bit next to the speaker grill lifted up. Trackpad feels terrible and it’s not as powerful as it used to be
Honor is a scam company, they sold me a broken earphone, “they knew and still would sell”. It’s all connected their store and other huawei store they are scammers, when I went back to change the earphone and the honor store opened all the boxes that was “sealed” but I don’t think it was. And after 10 boxes, all them are broken, which guarantees the point that the product was a fail and they still sell it. Honor store out of stock, went to huawei and ask for stock, the product were worthless at this point, finally got a working one after like 15 box unsealed. Never buy from honor and huawei, they are scam I tell u. They put so much promotion for these accessories and computer and u know they are all broken and fail. Luckily I only spend for the cheaper one, but it still sounds crappy af. Crappy and fail.
Nice to see Honor putting more powerful processors into their Ultrabooks. Might consider getting this if it's under RM4,000.
This is an amazing ultrabook. Definitely recommended for people who wants a powerfull machine on the go.

i love tf2 so its great to see people review laptops using it... i played tf2 on my yoga 3 14 before buying the huawei matebook 14 for uni.
I'm still learning my way through TF2 but its so fun!
You might as well buy an older legion or a discounted msi for 1000$, but this one looks really premium I really love the looks of it!

Can anyone help me on something ? I’m confused which one should i take within this budget. Magicbook 16 or magicbook 14 (i5 12th without gpu).
Any idea when they will release a similar 14'' laptop with Ryzen 6000 cpu? Waiting patiently )
still using ryzen 5000 series? meh~ waiting for the 6000 series or Intel 12th gen will be a wiser choice now.
Waiting for Ryzen 6000 series.
the laptop would struggle to charge the device on full power due to 65W limitation.
Redmi ultra vs Honor magic book 16 which is better
Honor Magic, hands down
