    How does an electric meter calculate the bill since the AC current is going both directions? and since current is flowing back and forth, and not going anywhere, bill will be always zero, isn’t it? please clear my doubts

    sir, fixed coil is splitted in two equal halves and connected in parallel but sir in last diagram its connected in series, sir its requested to reduce my confusion!

      average Power
      it is not possible to give indication for instantaneous power
      as frequency of power is 100hz so it is not possible to do 100cycles in 1 sec by pointer due to inertia and other damping torque and insufficient time.
      so it indicates average power

    na controlling torque btaya na damping btaya... na he yeh btaya ki fixed coil laminated hoti h eddy current ko avoid krne ke liye conductor mai.... na he points and scales ke baare m btaya ... na he torque ... na he range btai .... n Voltage coil = PC (pressure coil ) hota h... na advantage disadvantage .... na he errors in dynamotype wattmeter ...😏😏😏😏 ... btana h toh acche se btao yaar yeh adhi adhure points kyu bta rahe ho???
