I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
@@Patricia-Margaret Alice Marie Coraggio is quite popular on Bloomberg I doubt if there is anyone who is serious about stock trading that doesn't know her. She has helped me quite a few times in growing my portfolio and it was blissful without any setbacks. she is a tough person in an industry that demands clairvoyance
@@Patricia-Margaretpls be careful with putting your money with a stock broker. Make sure you know what you are doing, first. Most stock Brokers don’t care about your money, they only care about what they can earn. So, be careful. Goodluck
This is the career that I’m going for and this video was really nice to watch. I wish there were more videos and posts about real estate development out there, especially by women!
Great video! I’m super passionate about real estate development and currently working towards a Masters in RED. I hope to be a developer just like you some day! Keep up the good work!
So exciting! Very inspiring for me, I’m applying for a property development course and I’m a female who aspires to be a successful property developer such as yourself! Thanks for making this video 😍
I truly believe that this is an industry I want to be apart of. Unfortunately I don’t know where to get started. I have a Masters and Bachelors in business administration and im working In HR. Can we get a video on ways to break into the industry
Degrees don’t really help in real estate. The most common way is to start doing small house flips. Then as you gain experience, capital, and connections, you can scale to become a developer.
You have more than enough education wise, with Real Estate it’s all about certificate and licensing. But you can easily apply to work with Real Estate company right now..
Harry Smith probably work for a developer first. I’m doing business development and in the commercial real estate industry at the moment. Ping me when you’re in the states!
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "graduate degrees in real estate" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Yiyrianna Tonwen Theorem - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.
I’m moving to Dallas and been thinking about it becoming a RE Developer in Dallas. I plan on switching to RE Development from IT. Crazy how your video was the first I saw when I You tube the topic. How did you get into this Field?
What college did you go to and what did you major in ? Also how long did it take after graduation to actually get a job and profit from this field ? I’m currently a senior in highschool and this is my career choice ! I would love if you could answer a couple of questions for me 🥺 thank youuu!

Become a licensed real estate agent, then hang your license with a brokerage that focuses on commercial real estate/ development projects
