It was a little stiff arm because it was a snap forward and release not a full hold and extension. They were running full speed and he was angled almost backwards to Lynch to tackle him which is why he went flying down.
The most high IQ part of this run is the misdirection that Marshawn indirectly creates by taking the B gap instead of the A gap. This led to every defender being slightly out of position to make a good tackle on him, and the offensive line created just enough space for him to do his thing. The rest is legendary.
