Thank you for the info. Thinking about relocating there. I’m working with Veterans United, I’m pre-approved for 210K, also exempt from property taxes. where can I find these homes ?
Hey thanks for reaching out! These homes specifically are in Willis TX, North of Conroe. Lennar is the builder, you can find homes similar to these at around the same price in a few different areas. Reach out to me at 310-293-1677 and we can talk about what you’re looking for a I can help you zone in on a particular area.
Property taxes in this community are about 3.2%, rent in this community ranges from about $1800-$2300 depending on the size of the home, insurance would definitely need to be shopped around as rates seem to be constantly changing…I would guess for one of these smaller homes it would be about $1200/year. By natural disaster zone do you mean flood zone?
@@MakingHoustonHome yes flood or anything which is significantly frequent in this area . So 3.2 % means 3.2 % of the value of land + house per annum ? Thx
