Hi, I'm Simon. Please, how do i know the exact concentration of glucose i'm adding or injecting in a chronoamperometry test? I am injecting a 0.1M concentration after each 100 seconds using a micro pippet set at 25 micro litters. How do i label the concentration at each injection step?

Please try amperometry rather than cyclic voltammetry for glucose detection
