Go to 3:45 to skip attract/demo mode!
This is a pretty obscure DDR knock-off from early 2000, originally released in South Korea by dgPIX Entertainment but also exported to Australia and New Zealand back in the day through LAI Games (sounds familiar to anyone?). Very pretty and decently made game for its time - graphics have a lot more polish than early PIU mixes and the (sadly short) song selection is honestly really good, sadly the sync on stepcharts seem to be all over the place. UPDATE: It seems like the sync issue is due to sound emulation not being completed yet, hopefully this will change in the future. The quote at the beginning of the description reflects this game well in my opinion, the developers for it seemed to have been very passionate about working on it.
You can currently play this game by grabbing the ROM files from Pleasuredome and compiling MAME from mamedev:master (patches by Windy Fairy have been merged, they will become available in version 0.260 as well).
You will also need to download the ROM for Beat Player 2000 as it contains "palce16v8h.u11" which is oddly missing from Let's Dance, it is required for the game to boot so feel free to copy it over to the latter.
