    So we start the video highlighting how everyone says to do challenger but now one says how!
    Then you go head and not say how either

    Love this video, but I have to disagree on one thing: for me, "Challenger" is not a personality type, but rather a collection of specific behaviours. Therein lies the hope, because it means that all the other styles can learn the things to say and do to be more successful.

    okay, so first identify customer needs are in allignment with what you can provide, then catch them off guard by making sure they understand your value and your offerings and make sure they know that you can configure it to their "different" personal needs. I guess that's what I'm getting. Still don't fully understand but it's a start...
