    Hi Team,
    We have visited Imagica on 15th April, good Friday.
    It was such a pathetic day at water park. We have reached there at 10.15 and despite of having online booking of everything food, locker we had to stand in a queue for 2 and half hour. We got the ticket at 12.30 and staff was saying there was server issue. All the rush of theme park and water park were frustrated. It was a long holiday and how can you be so irresponsible? Upper management should have taken quick action/decision to have a check at the inner gate of water park to divide the rush. Then bus took us to the water park @1'o,clock. Means half of our day wasted there. This is not the end of the story. Out of total 10 rides, we could only make to 2 slides as the waiting time for 1 slide was 1-1.30 hours which is again ridiculous and tiring. For lazy river also we had to stand in queue of half an hour. And wave pool was already flooded with the crowd.
    What to tell you about long queue for food stalls. At 6'o clock the water park was closed n we came down by walking coz had no patience to wait again in queue for the bus.
    Imagica team have to manage their services properly, if people won't get service at this much high cost of rides without food included, it is waste of money and time. At least access to the all rides should be made available. If you can't accommodate 2000 people, then why are you selling those many tickets. Don't sell tickets for the sake of money if the capacity is not even 500 people. Stop making people fool and value thier money, time and improve your services. Overall it was the worst experience in a water park for such a reputed name Imagica.
