First I brush my hair for 2.3 minutes. apply oil massage with fingertips for 2,3,4,5 minutes and I put on a hair clip and wait 1,2,3,4 hours or 20 minutes put on my exercise clothes do exercise drinking water take off my socks and the newspaper moistens hair Apply shampoo and massage, moisten hair. I apply the mask for 10 minutes. I wet my hair I apply conditioner for 3 minutes. I wet my hair I shower I brush my teeth I put on the mycofiber towel. I do skin care soap for face cream sunscreen for face and lips I change clothes I wash my hands I apply leave in conditioner deserenda I parted my hair apply thermal protector dry your hair with a dryer I iron my hair and put some waves in my bangs.
