It took the powerfully soulful blues guitar solos of Gary Moore to finally melt through Brad's tough outer shell.. Glad you enjoyed it! As for Gary, please keep exploring his great tunes.. We Want Moore!.. Try "Black Rose" by Thin Lizzy, with Gary on lead guitar..
I agree with some comments below saying you must see live version of "Messiah will come again". In that performance Gary was at his peek with his skill. The way guitar expressing emotions is out of this world, in my humble opinion that is the most complete guitar playing seen live. There is shredding, whaling, harmonies and emotions coming in waves thru all the song. That was the piece of music which made me look in a different way some guitarist, otherwise Gods of guitar, ( Gilmour, Page, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Clapton, etc.)

For pure guitar playing watch Gary perform The Messiah Will Come Again, live at Montreux. This track, Still Got The Blues, was put down live in the studio, and it took just one take. A few background overdubs in the mix, but all the guitars were just Gary in full flow. Enjoy his musical journey. Gary and Scott Gorham playing Thin Lizzy's 'Black Rose' is an amazing live performance, live in Dublin. He was a phenomenal rock guitarist too, along with many other styles. I was lucky enough to see him many, many times over the years, starting with his tour with Greg Lake back in the early 80's. Love your channel guys.
Probably one of the best guitar solos out there!
One of the best "axe-man" ever. His guitar-skills are amazing. He also has been the guitarist of "Thin Lizzy".
Brad and Lex, you guys need to go on a blues pilgrimage to Beale Street in Memphis. I lived outside Memphis for a year and I was there at least every other weekend enjoying some of the best music ever made. Doing a vlog of that trip would be epic to say the least. Plus that Memphis BBQ is no joke.
His live version is even better.
That is what a Les Paul should sound like.
That was the piece of music which made me look in a different way some guitarist, otherwise Gods of guitar, ( Gilmour, Page, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Clapton, etc.)
one of my favorites is called 'Cold Day in Hell'...cool solo I think that's why I love it
You guys are so refreshing. Thanks for all you do.
No one could make a guitar cry like Gary did.
Gary was the greatest. He has an absolute astonishing instrumental called “The Messiah will come again” live 1990 in Montreaux! It’s not originally from him, but he made it his own and absolutely kills it in that performance. You have to check that one out
Gary Moore is a Goat RIP. Love the smile on Brad's face!
One of the best feel players of all time, i tear up to the live version of this song, everytime, it might be one of the best white boy blues songs ever written? Crazy the feel that Les Paul emotes.
RIP Gary Moore… Legends live on…
Now you entered into the Gary Moore corridor an "End of the World" reaction should only be a matter time
Gary Moore was a great guitar player.
The best.
