Late response but she didn’t scam you, she couldn’t send it because it’s a boy item and it’s unavailable for trading if you aren’t on a boy acc. You shouldn’t have given 10 greets if you haven’t done research, don’t say she scammed if she didn’t

As someone who played msp bsck then, some of us used to use child proxy to glitch the rares. The trade system wouldn’t accept them.
