As someone being tasked to aid in building a CRM from scratch this was invaluable. Now that I understand what a CRM aims to achieve I definitely am so much better equipped to start designing one than I was when I woke up this morning. Thanks.
This is so powerfully simple and at the same time deep ... but he makes it easy to understand and put it into daily practice. I've been taking it in bit by bit each time I watch because there is so much in every 10 or 15 min that I have to stop and let it in go deeper and digest. I love this and I like and love myself!
Amazing content!! However, I want you to please correct Scenario #31. Considering the order of execution in Salesforce - Validation Rule won't be triggered in such a situation. So, the answer to the question is - only Workflow will fire hence no error will be shown.
These are nothing but the admin certification questions . Great initiative to create a video on this.. thanks creator plz create video for other exams like pd1 pd2 etc
