I enjoyed stitching along with your video today. Your FFOs are beautiful. I love your rotation. I also stitch on 6 wips at a time, but haven't divided them out like that. I currently have a 4 week rotation with 2 weeks getting 2 projects. I may change it up a bit and see how it goes. Have a great February!

Would you ask your mother if the window frame colour in the first page of knitting circle is wrong in the chart? Mine says it should be 611 which is the same colour used for the shadow and of course my frame isn’t showing up. It’s my first full coverage and I decided to try one after seeing your mothers knitting circle. I love it so much and I have the shadow pretty much all stitched but mine looks darker than your mothers. I’m going to buy another skein of 611 today to make sure the new skeins are the same colour as mine. Something must be wrong though in the charting if the shadow and the darker outline of the window frame are the same colour? I want to do Wise Old Owl as well after seeing yours. I’ve stitched for 50 years but never a full coverage. Seeing yours and your mothers sent me down this rabbit hole. 🌝
Hi Margo! Sorry to send you down the rabbit hole 😂😂 we will be more than happy to help. Let’s see if we can work it out. I’m using pattern keeper so I’ve highlighted all the 611 in the first page and yes it looks like most the shadow is 611 and then there is a vertical and horizontal line in the frame itself Of 611 but the rest of the frame looks to be a lot of different colours, Mainly 833, 613 and 422 Once you stitch them in, hopefully it should then look like mamas. It weird with the full coverages as the amount of times I’ve been on a page and up close and saying this doesn’t look right then I stitch it take a step back and am like wow okay that was right! Hopefully that helps! X

I absolutely love your finishes - the level of detail in both of them is just incredible and those frames just compliment your stitching beautifully. I also love dark wood - just feels so cosy. So good to see Mama's WIPs - she definitely needs to make an appearance this year. Great progress on all your WIPs - the Book of Days looks a really fun way of recording progress but I suspect I am too late to get one for this year so I am going to have a play on Canva I think and design my own. I enjoyed stitching along with your video today. Your FFOs are beautiful. I love your rotation. I also stitch on 6 wips at a time, but haven't divided them out like that. I currently have a 4 week rotation with 2 weeks getting 2 projects. I may change it up a bit and see how it goes.

Would you ask your mother if the window frame colour in the first page of knitting circle is wrong in the chart? Mine says it should be 611 which is the same colour used for the shadow and of course my frame isn’t showing up. It’s my first full coverage and I decided to try one after seeing your mothers knitting circle. I love it so much and I have the shadow pretty much all stitched but mine looks darker than your mothers. I’m going to buy another skein of 611 today to make sure the new skeins are the same colour as mine. Something must be wrong though in the charting if the shadow and the darker outline of the window frame are the same colour? I want to do Wise Old Owl as well after seeing yours. I’ve stitched for 50 years but never a full coverage. Seeing yours and your mothers sent me down this rabbit hole. 🌝
Hi Margo! Sorry to send you down the rabbit hole 😂😂 we will be more than happy to help. Let’s see if we can work it out. I’m using pattern keeper so I’ve highlighted all the 611 in the first page and yes it looks like most the shadow is 611 and then there is a vertical and horizontal line in the frame itself
Of 611 but the rest of the frame looks to be a lot of different colours, Mainly 833, 613 and 422 Once you stitch them in, hopefully it should then look like mamas. It weird with the full coverages as the amount of times I’ve been on a page and up close and saying this doesn’t look right then I stitch it take a step back and am like wow okay that was right! Hopefully that helps! X
