Our professor gave an example Jo ek advocate bhi they i.e murder and culpable homicide is same, just murder karta hain accused and use culpable homicide banana ham advocate ka kaam hain jo practically right tha... But theoretically aapki vdo dekhne ke baad hi pura concept clear hua
