CBI 1-2 um thane poree athinte thattu thaaanu thane irikum. Malayalam cinema yil weekly crime thrillers iraguvaanu so I really doubt if Mammotty will do a next part of this movie.

​@StartreckTuCBI 3 was the best of the series. 5th wasn't good. But they tried to capitalise on the popularity and legacy of Iyyer.
I don't think there would be anymore movies in CBI franchise.
Though Malayalam cinema is flooded with crime thrillers now, the identity of the character Domimic makes a difference. Whether they would attempt for a sequel would depend upon the availability of a good script.
