If you really want to test if this works -- go more than 15 miles off shore -- that would put you out of range from cellular towers... I bet it won't work...
im sorry but you lie that is a Router 4G/5G and is not working without CELL SIGNAL and dont have any satellite connection Inseego Wavemaker 5G indoor router FX2000 or maybe this one Inseego Wavemaker 5G indoor router FX3100 but you cant use them if there is no cell signal in you area.
It may have access to an advanced cell signal, the day that I used it in this video I had no cell service yet. I was able to call my buddy on social media application connected through Wi-Fi. Also, I never said in the video that it has satellite connection I was just simply giving feedback of my review.
@@FishingWithSalty Reading the website and looking at the coverage area, the system appears to rely on cellular connectivity. I believe a satellite system will be required when boating offshore.
One of the best things about going offshore is the lack of cell service and Wi-Fi.
I have to say, I completely agree that’s my happy place too but for the safety aspect of it I’d be willing to use self control!

Most definitely I tested way offshore but unfortunately it did not work but I was excited that it would.

Is that 4G, 5G? WIFI-6 is a Protocol. Pretty cool if it can compete with Starlink.
